In 2023, diaago recognized the need to better support their growing number of customers purchasing laboratory equipment. They formed their technical service department at that time, with a focus on fast troubleshooting and warranty service for the main equipment products sold. Customer feedback has been very positive, and as a result of their commitment to close relationships with their customers and brand partners, they understood the need to broaden their technical service offerings.
To meet this growing need, diaago launched the DSC. The diaago Service Center now offers all types of services for their suppliers of laboratory equipment, and they are even providing third party services for brand partners. The mission of the DSC is to provide customers and suppliers alike with the confidence and capabilities to safeguard equipment and automation components to keep research moving.
