ALMERE, THE NETHERLANDS, 23 November 2020 – Today, Tracamyl announced the acquisition of the brand Geneye from Biowire for an undisclosed amount.
The Geneye brand was launched in 2016 by Biowire, a company based in Hong Kong. Bertrand Coissac, Managing Director of Biowire comments: “For the past several years, we have worked closely and with great success with NBS Scientific, a distribution company owned by Tracamyl. NBS Scientific’s market access to research laboratories, biobanks and life science companies will enable Geneye to grow beyond what we could have done at Biowire. I am enthusiastic that researchers around the world will gain better access to the very functional product range that Biowire developed.”
