Also this year Tracamyl was present at the NBS Days 2021 in September. The NBS Days are three special days where we meet with all sales and marketing colleagues of NBS Scientific and suppliers. Here we not only discuss the progress, developments in the market and developments within NBS Scientific, but also how Tracamyl can support the activities of NBS Scientific where necessary.
Despite Covid-19 restrictions a success
We are proud of our colleagues who together, despite all covid-19 restrictions, have achieved great results and rounded off the NBS days successfully. For example, we only met in person with the Dutch and Flemish colleagues and planned an online meeting with our foreign colleagues via Microsoft Teams. Videocalling with colleagues still takes some getting used to, but it was nevertheless a successful three-day event. Of course, we hope that we will be able to meet in person at future meetings.
Nice training sessions with the suppliers
To refresh the knowledge of the sales staff and other colleagues of NBS Scientific, several presentations were given. Micronic, VITL, CAPP and AFYS3G among others gave an extensive presentation and a live demo. These training sessions gave nice new insights into the constantly renewed portfolios of our suppliers.
A clear overview of the activities in 2021 so far
Thanks to the marketing and sales presentations, we got a clear view of the successes and activities of Q1 and Q2 of 2021. At the same time we discussed several new opportunities and learned a lot from things we can improve.
A sporty conclusion
Every year we have a fun teambuilding activity to close the NBS Days. Also this year it was a great success. We noticed that due to COVID-19 restrictions, several colleagues built a real home-gym. This way, even though all gyms were closed, our colleagues could still exercise at home. Therefore, a sporty conclusion of the NBS Days was a fun team building activity for all our colleagues. A professional sports instructor was present who taught all colleagues some new sports techniques.
