NBS Scientific Holding B.V. and NBS Scientific B.V. are now proudly certified for ISO 14001, indicating that the environmental management systems of these organizations comply with this standard. All processes at their shared location are now covered under this certification. The ISO 14001 certification demonstrates that they have established a system ensuring compliance with environmental laws and regulations and other environmental commitments, that they are improving their environmental performance, and that they are committed to continuous improvement in this area.
In 2023, NBS Scientific became CO2 neutral with regards to their building and transportation. To offset their unavoidable CO2 emissions from commuting and business travel, they now own a CO2 compensation certificate issued by Trees For All. For every ton of CO2 emitted, they made a donation. Trees For All ensures that these emissions are offset through their certified forestry projects. NBS Scientific chose to support the reforestation of the Bolivian forests.
