Last week marked the NBS Days at NBS Scientific. During this midweek, sales colleagues from 10 countries gathered at the headquarters in Almere, the Netherlands, to meet new team members, learn about the latest products and developments, and get inspired for the future through engaging workshops and trainings. The event also celebrated successes and strengthened the team spirit with a variety of activities. Innovation begins when people connect, share ideas and empower one another.
Day 1: Nature, Inspiration and Team Building
The first day kicked off with a full day at the Oostvaardersplassen Nature Reserve in Almere, near our European headquarters. It provided the perfect setting to reflect on progress, explore new opportunities, and spark creative discussions about the future of the industry.
Team building was at the heart of the day. Embracing the outdoors, colleagues participated in a memorable bird-watching activity, fostering collaboration and a spirit of curiosity. After insightful presentations and productive brainstorming sessions, they wrapped up the day with a wonderful dinner at Paviljoen de Oostvaarders where everyone enjoyed the stunning views a little while longer.
Day 2: Innovation and Hands-on Insights
The second day was filled with valuable insights from our trusted partners AFYS3G, MICRONIC, and Scinomix. A ‘marketplace’ setup with rotation groups provided hands-on equipment training, highlighting the latest innovations in our field and giving the NBS Scientific team the opportunity to explore new developments and exchange knowledge with one another.
The day concluded on a relaxed note with a delicious dinner at the Beer Factory in Almere, a perfect opportunity to unwind and connect after an inspiring day of learning.
Day 3: Sales Tactics and Future Planning
The final day focused on sales tactics training, offering practical and valuable skills for future sales initiatives. The discussions and workshops sparked great engagement, with everyone contributing actively, making the sessions highly productive.
As NBS Days 2025 came to a close, it was clear that the strength of NBS Scientific lies in collaboration, knowledge sharing, and a shared vision for innovation. Everyone is excited for the next edition!
